Our current portfolio consists of seven hotels comprising 873 keys. Our acquisition target ranges from budget of luxury hotels, service levels are full-service, limited service and all –suits; and locations include locations include urban, suburban, airport and resorts mainly in the USA. Our strategy is to pursue hotels that are priced attractively with increased cash potential through asset improvement and property-level management, targeted renovation and strategic re-positioning.
